In December 2019, cases of mysterious pneumonia were first reported in Wuhan, Initially, the diseasewas temporarily named as 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), then WHO announced a new name onFebruary 11, 2020, namely Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) which is caused by virus Severe AcuteRespiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). This can be transmitted from person toperson and has spread widely China more than 190 other countries territories. Meanwhile inIndonesia, up to September 203 thousand COVID-19 found 8336 deaths. Batsact important disease reservoirs for various etiologic agents that betweenspecies, infecting humans mammals, both domestic wild. The purpose this study was analyzeSARS-CoV-2 immunoinformatics bats Karst Malang Indonesia basis making SARS-CoV-2vaccines. research method SARS-CoV-2 amino acid Malang, analyzed byimmunoinformatics. From results, it protein Karstbats antigen, non-allergen non-toxin, so they could used vaccine candidates, diagnostickits immunotherapy.
